Payments and Donations
Course Payments: Payments for cubing courses are processed securely through our website’s primary payment processor (Wix Payments).
Donations: Any voluntary donations are processed securely through PayPal.
No Refunds: Because our cubing courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales and donations are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Account Security & Monitoring
Individual Use: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your password is strictly prohibited.
Simultaneous Access: We reserve the right to monitor for suspicious activity. If our system detects simultaneous logins from multiple geographic locations or different devices at the same time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without a refund.
Disclaimer of Results
While our courses provide the methods used by professional cubers, we do not guarantee specific results. Your "Personal Best" (PB) and improvement speed depend entirely on your individual practice and dedication.
Limitation of Liability
Physical Safety: Speedcubing involves fast, repetitive hand motions. We are not responsible for any physical strain, injury, or discomfort resulting from the use of our methods. Please practice responsibly and take breaks.
Equipment: We are not responsible for any damage to your puzzles, cubes, or hardware while practicing the techniques taught in our courses.
Technical Data: We are not liable for the loss of "Local Storage" solve times if you clear your browser cache or change devices.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and courses immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, including piracy or unauthorized distribution of course content.
Intellectual Property
Original Content: Unless otherwise stated, all videos, original photography, algorithm sheets, and custom code on this site are the property of cubingunleashed. You may not record, copy, or redistribute this content.
